You will need to have a username and password to access the FTP site. If you have forgotten your username and/or password or this is your first time accessing our FTP site, please call or email us to request credentials.
Note: If you do not have an FTP client like FileZilla you can still drag and drop files through Windows Explorer as follows:
1. Log in via ftp.mmpfa.com
2. Enter your username and password as requested.
3. In Internet Explorer, in the upper right of your application window click "Page" then at the bottom of that menu select "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer". You will need to login again with the same username and password.
4. You can then drag and drop files from your computer into your assigned FTP directory.
What is FTP?
FTP is an acronym for File Transfer Protocol. FTP is used to transfer files more directly through the internet. Since you are not passing the file through email, FTP is typically used to transfer larger files than you would normally be able to transfer via email. Also, since the folder you will be transferring to, resides on one of our servers you may continue to update the folder with additional files and you will be able to retrieve files from that same location - the FTP folder becomes a shared collaborative folder for the project.
Note: FTP does not automatically notify the intended recipient that you have sent new information. Please follow-up your completed FTP transmission with an email to the intended recipient to let them know that the files are on the FTP.

FileZilla Instructions: Fill in the Quick Connect boxes as follows:
Host Name: ftp.mmpfa.com
Username: your username
Password: your password
Then click "Quick Connect". You can also save these settings for future use by setting up a new site under "File", "Site Manager", etc.
